• Turkey Nugget Silver Dollars
• Most kids like chicken nuggets, so we made our own version with turkey and the kids loved them. This is an easy extra for Thanksgiving dinner or for turkey leftovers. Sometimes a slice of turkey looks different to kids and they don’t want to try it. Do what is familiar to kids and cut out turkey rounds for kids. An extra 5-10 minutes to make these may help your kids eat their Turkey.
• Kids can help: Cut out turkey rounds, dip in breading.
• What you need:
• Slices of turkey
• 1 Tbsp. Milk
• 2 Tbsp. Honey
• Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

1. Using a small, round cookie cutter, cut out little medallions of turkey. Mix milk and honey in a small bowl. Put bread crumbs in another bowl. Dip medallions in honey mixture, then crumbs, set on baking pan. Broil on low for a few minutes, each side, until slightly golden. Serve with honey or honey mustard sauce.
