White Chocolate Popcorn Recipe

Items needed: 

  • 4 Cups popped popcorn
  • ½ Cup white chocolate
  • ¼ Cup cranraisins

Instructions: 

  1. Pop popcorn and set aside.
  2. Over a double boiler, melt white chocolate.
  3. Immediately stir popcorn into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  4. Spread popcorn onto a piece of waxed paper and let cool thoroughly.
  5. Toss with cranraisins in a bowl.
  6. If you will be eating the popcorn at a much later time, add cranraisins at that time.
