
Who doesn't love pizza? Everyone in our family certainly does. But if you're looking for a fun new twist on traditional pizza, this is it. This recipe is a healthy foods combination … we love black beans in almost any recipe but this is a real crowd-pleaser. And it's a fun food for the kids.
Pizza How-to:
- Make a corn muffin batter.
- Spread in a shallow baking dish.
- Add black beans and cheese topping. Bake at 350 for approximately 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish with chives or scallions and serve with a sour cream/Greek yogurt topping.
