Scissors
Elastic string

Instructions:

Only print the second page of pdf file to avoid wasting paper.
Cut out around mask and then, carefully, cut out eye openings. Adjust if necessary.
Make small holes on sides of mask and attach elastic string. Tie off through the holes.
