No Mess Applesauce Pouches for On the Go Families

I am always trying to fit in more fruits and vegetables to my kids diet.  In their lunches I often put the fruit cups that do not have added sugar or apple sauce cups (the natural ones without corn syrup or sugar or anything else added). But when we are in the car or at a Soccer game I often find the fruit cups difficult to bring.  We usually stick to bananas and apples but sometimes we run out of fresh fruit or my oldest son does not eat apples.

Springtime has finally arrived and this Sunday is we officially move our clocks forward to Daylight savings time. I am thrilled that our long rainy winter has come to an end. My daughter has been wearing her beloved cowboy boots to preschool every day. With our warmer weather I've been searching for some springtime shoes for her to wear with sundresses and skirts. She is at a stage where she will only wear skirts or dresses, so I am hoping to entice the cowboy boots off with some pretty springtime flats!

I'm lucky enough to receive hand-me-downs from a friend, many of which are from Mini Boden. I am huge fan of Boden, the UK fashion brand and their Mini Boden line for kids. The girls' clothing and accessories, including shoes are classic styles with a colorful twist. The clothes are well made, durable and look adorable on. I've picked four spring shoe styles from Mini Boden that I've got my eye on.

Veggie Patch Vegetable Bites- Add Some Veggies and Protein to Your Child's Plate

 I had an opportunity to try the Veggie Patch Veggie Bites this past week.  My family tried the Brocolli Bites, Spinach Bites, Sweet Corn Bites, and Portabella Bites.  I was interested in trying the Veggie Patch bites because they are vegetarian, do not contact Trans Fats or MSG.
